Learn to Swim with TIME Oak Hotels & Suites. Learning to swim is not only a skill for a lifetime, but also a great way to stay in shape and keep yourself fit. Swimming instructors are available at the recreation area from 10 am until 8 pm daily. Aqua Fitness is a multi-level pool workout that offers both cardiovascular and muscle conditioning using the water's resistance to tone the entire body. Participants are led by our fabulous instructor through music that will utilize fresh, yet simple movement patterns to invigorate you regardless of age, skill or fitness level
