About

The lobster roll is the traditional lobster sandwich, born on the East Coast of the United States. Moïse Sfez won the "Celebrity Favorite" Jury Prize at the Down East Lobster Rolls World Championship in 2018 in Portland, Maine and since then the Homer adventure continues. At Homer, our brioche bread almost steals the show from the lobster. We offer our rolls in several recipes and also offer Tuna Melt, Grilled Cheese and Pastrami Salmon roll.
