ZEST at One&Only The Palm welcomes guests for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The day begins with an array of seasonal juices and vitality shots; freshly baked pastries, breads and cakes; and a la carte dishes spanning Middle Eastern shakshuka and indulgent eggs Benedict with salmon caviar. Later in the day, the tone shifts towards Italy, with classic starters of burrata and carpaccio, flavourful pastas, grilled steaks and seafood, and authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas straight from the oven. Guests can take a seat at the pizza bar to watch the talented pizzaiolo at work, share a meal with family and friends in the light-filled dining room, or dine on the palm-shaded terrace with views of the grand pool.
